Quirky Senior Portraits
One of my favorite things is when a senior comes in with an idea that I've never done before. Kenzie wanted something different than the average senior photos and I loved the idea of going to the laundromat.
Downtown Silverton has so many cute places. Do you recognize the Red Bench or The Little Leaf? Both great business to shop and eat at but also adorable as backgrounds for her photos.
I think Kenzie's favorite part of her session was when we were at at her house with her dogs. Her face lit up and she was totally in her element. Adding pets can bring alot of laughter to sessions.
Next we headed up to Silverfalls State Park to finish up her senior pictures. Kenzie actually grew up at the falls while he dad worked at the park. While the waterfalls are beautiful, she wanted to go to the less visited parts of the park. I loved hearing her and her mom talk about the park and their stories there.
We were even able to take a few pictures of her car while up at the falls. I love it. Car styles change so much over the years that it'll be so fun for her to look back on her first car twenty years from now.
She ended her session in a cute floral, which I always love floral prints. I thought it looked great in the natural session and a perfect way to end the session.
